Moms, dads, caregivers, grandparents bring their infant-age 6 to class and join in on the fun in the circle! We all sing, dance, play and create music with Kerrie’s lead. It’s a blast! All children are born musical and want to explore and make beautiful noises with the people they love most! Don’t worry if you can’t sing a tune, Kerrie is there to support and guide, but to be honest you are your child’s #1 rock star. Seaside Music Together is licensed by Music Together LLC., an internationally renowned research-based children music curriculum. Kerrie plays guitar and sings most everything without much use of the electronics. We have a fun 55 minute class to play 10-12 songs from your cds and songbook each week (included with the fee). We use drums, triangles, eggs, bells, scarves, parachutes, sticks, and more!

EVAN “Zappa” DELANEY is looking for people to rock out with! Participants should be familiar and comfortable with playing their instrument and have basic reading skills. Chord progressions, lyrics, arranging, technology, recording… brand your original music and influence your own craft.  Steve Johnson is a music educator, singer/songwriter and performing musician. He plays and writes a wide variety of music, drawing on many styles.

Ryan Piccolo returns! Learn about playing jazz by exploring your own creative use of scales and chords. We will be introduced to jazz improvisation by applying introductory jazz theory to classic jazz songs. Prerequisites: Minimum two years of band and/or instructor permission.

This will be a fun-filled week of building skill for the stage while boosting confidence and developing team-building skills. Campers will learn songs, scenes and choreography from Disney’s High School Musical and HSM The Series for a showcase performance on the last day of camp. Summer vacation is the perfect time to bring our local youth together through making music. Spend a week with our talented and hilarious music teachers playing drums, ukuleles, and singing the best summer jams. It’s a week of music theory disguised as music THRILLory. Ballet Rhode Island, the resident dance company of the United Theatre, is excited to offer a one-week Summer Dance Intensive (SDI). This program is designed to offer aspiring dance students the opportunity to study in a professional training environment. Our exceptional roster of teachers includes BALLET RI faculty and international guest teachers who are committed to providing individualized attention to maximize success!
